North Island customers- please don’t order– we won’t be able to get berries to you on time.

South Island customers- order with care!   If you live in Christchurch consider organising a pickup at Lyttleton ( Sat 20th )  or South Christchurch Farmer’s Market (Sunday 21st)  this weekend.

Our 1kg box of premium frozen cranberries is packed at our cranberry farm on the West Coast of New Zealand, using environmentally friendly Chilltainer boxes and freezer pads to keep your berries as cold as possible in transit.

Do not expect your cranberries to be frozen on arrival. You will notice softness in the berries and little liquid cranberry juice in the bag — this is completely normal and should be expected. Defrosted cranberries are perfectly fine to use straight away, or you can refreeze them.

We do not supply frozen berries to any shops in the NI,  but our products can be found at Farro Fresh, Moore Wilsons, and Over the Moon at Puturaruru.

We normally dispatch on Mondays to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Please expect the berries to arrive defrosted.  You may wish to postpone your order or consider target overnight delivery for $35 per parcel.
